It's not the side-effects of the cocaine I'm thinking that it must be love David Bowie - Station to Station
The sky was Bible black in Lyon When I found the Magdalene, She was paralysed in a streetlight She refused to give her name She wore a ring of violet bruises They were pinned upon her arm Two hundred francs for sanctuary and she led me by the hand To a room of dancing shadows where all the heartache disappears And from the glowing tongues of candles I heard her whisper in my ear "J'entend ton coeur" I can hear your heart... Marillion - Bitter Suite (Blue Angel)
Life is like a shooting star It don't matter who you are if you only run for cover, it's just a waste of time we are lost 'til we are found this phoenix rises up from the ground and all these wars are over Live - The dolphin's cry
Don't try to find the anser when there ain't no question here brother let your heart be wounded and give no mercy to your fear Live - Run to the water

Hear, hear, Andrius!
I think Scott Weiland and Whitney Houston should hook up! Well, maybe not... Bobby Brown would give him a whoopin'! ;D
And I agree about Kelly and Jack. Their spoiled, snotty behaviour nauseates me. And they're always in and out of rehab. Classic case of having too much too soon and not appreciating it.
But I digress... back to the topic at hand. Ozzy should definitely give it up. Time to go, Ozzy. I'm sure lots of Ozzy fans will vehemently disagree with me... but in my opinion, it's no longer about the music, it's about the money-making machine.
I never really got into Velvet Revolver. Just doesn't appeal to me for some reason. You'd think that Slash and the other former GNR members would pick more stable singers, after the fiasco with psycho Axel. Now that's sad.
I'm not saying all old rockers should hang it up. For example, Dio is still touring and still kicking ass. And so are the Stones. And David Coverdale is in better shape physically and vocally than he's ever been!

Great report, Jana. In fact, by looking at the pics, I was wondering where the bogs were... now I understand, there were hardly any. That "lady-at-the-toilet" thing reminded me of Portugal. It's like that everywhere. One time, I didn't have change so I gave the lady more money than usual, and she gave me a huge amount of toilet paper. She probably thought I had the runs or something! ;D
About the hotel... hilarious name (Hotel Steel)! It sounds so lovely, warm, inviting and comfy... *sarcasm intended!* ;D As a matter of fact, I'm sure a certain Construction Health & Safety expert would have a few things to say about those pics! ;D
That whole VIP thing stinks! I laughed really hard when I read that those same annoying people took up all the space at the hotel!! ;D ;D
Loved the map!! I can't believe it took you less time to get to northern UK!!
P.S. Did you get your bar code scanned at least? Then it wouldn't have been a complete waste of time! ;D

Thanks for the report, moby. I know people who went to the London show and they all said it was great. Plymouth Pavillions is a pretty good venue. I've been there before. It looks kind of weird at first (it looks like a shopping centre) but once you get in the doors, it's a great venue with a nice bar area.
