Dear All,
After several months of AD FREE boards availability thanks to Proboards vs. PayPal problems ... the advertisements are back and so is "ad free service".
The Proboards service has a new payment system in place, yet unfortunately, they have not resolved the payment problems entirely / for everybody.
There are people (such as myself, but I also read about several people from the UK having the same problems) who simply cannot go through the credit card payments most likely due to missing fields in the billing form. 
I myself am getting this message all the time :
Your transaction was declined for the following reason:
The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder.
Which means, we have to put up with the ads till this problem is resolved.
On this occasion I would also like to say SINCERE THANKS to PINA, who was kindly supporting the boards / Ad free thing when the old PayPal system was in place as the only way of payment (which was not available for the Czech Republic) .

No worries, Jana! I used my credit card to pay for Ad-Free for the next three months. All you have to do is this:
Your credit card has been successfully approved!
3 credits have been added to this account. If you are the board administrator, you can use your ad-free credits by accessing the admin area and then selected Ad-Free from the menu.

The issue has been resolved .... Czech cards accepted without any further error messages ;D
Once more, Pina, thank you so much for having helped with the add free thing over prolonged period of time ... You rock girl !!!

Hi gang,
Please bear with the ads in July ... hopefully not for long.
This message I got when I wanted to increase the credits for the ad-free service :
"Purchase Credits
Thank you for your interested in our paid services. All forums which have been upgraded to ProBoards Version 4 will not be able to purchase any credits for our paid services until all servers have completed upgrading. We anticipate that this process will be completed by Saturday, May 14th. Please check back at that time."
The only trouble is that they failed to specify the year ! ;D
