Do you mean the pub around the corner called The Duke of Cornwall (aka Finnegans Wake) on Fulham Palace Road, or Smollensky's (on Hammersmith Broadway)? Smollensky's is not really a pub so that's why I'm asking.

I'm not sure of the name...it's the one right in the middle - you can see it from the front of Hammersmith. Sounds like the one you say is on Hammersmith Broadway - but not a pub? I must say its been a few years since I've been to Hammersmith but then I've never known the name of the pub anyway and I used to drink there every time I ever went to the Odeon! If its not a pub what is it?
Take care

Hi Karen, We also have Edwards Bar, The George and Bar 38. So which one could it be? You did say "you can see it from the front of Hammersmith"? Do you mean from the tube or the Odeon? Pina did refer to Smollensky's which is not a traditional pub but more of a sophiscated bar/restaurant. It's the large brick building which forms part of the Hammersmith Broadway development and you can access it from the tube (inside the complex). That would be the only building right across the street. Bar 38 is also across from the Odeon but on the lefthand side. The front of this establishment is all glass. Is this the one you were talking about? I hope the above helps! We will get there ;D Paulo

It has been a few years since I've been to Hammy O (Blimey it cant have changed that much!)...It used to be...the pub right across the road from Hammy O...it was "The" and "Only" pub...but obviously things have changed!!!!! I give up....maybe we could all meet in the bar in Hammy O?? I take it that it is still upstairs??
All suggestion welcome - clean ones only please!
