hi there,first posting on here,thanks for the intro to it pina.
looks like the solid rock bar ,hope st,glasgow is the meeting place for this gig.the bar is situated adjacent to central station and is in hope street,just 20yds up from argyle street and across from the wine shack!!!.

it's loud and has great music(usually who is playing in town gets blasted out!),i'l be aiming to get there around 5pm.

Just to let you know ... I am missing the Glasgow gig by few days ... and I cannot extend my stay due to too many pressing deadlines at work, however I am in Glasgow for some training from Oct. 1 (arr) till Oct. 4 (dept.)

I am staying at The Moat House Hotel, which is by the river Clyde, not far from the city centre / Argyll ... if anyone is from Glasgow and feels like having coffee or something, somewhere ! ;D I shall be free in the evenings (perhaps apart for Saturday night when there is some official thing as part of the training).

In the interests of science, I took it upon myself to spend a few evenings sampling the local beer taps at the Solid Rock Cafe. I have to say that I love this bar. Free jukebox, good crowd and the atmosphere is very congenial. It should make for a great pre-show meeting place. Well done onpicking this place bonscott
