I like 21th Century...! Well, we need a radio station like this here in Brazil! There's only one rock station in the city where I live and they never play WS . After some phone calls, they began to play "Slide It In"...rarely! They played "Love is Blind" sometimes when "ITL" was launched. Not enough for a fan like me! And when they play Deep Purple, it's always Deep Purple with Gillan Bye!

I must say I discovered that Radio Beat only recently .. it must be actually fairly new ... and since then I have it tuned ... and guess what: at this very moment, Whitesnake again ... In the Still of the Night ... Before it was Led Zep ... simply classic stuff ...

After some time I am listening again to Steeleye Span : Original Masters -... double CD. Wonderful stuff ! They used to be popular over here ... Maddy Prior, the singer, who may be taken for "Enya" of her times (1970 + ) The album is basically renaissance music / Celtic influence traditional material wonderfully rearranged. Recommended !

Hello! Mellon, thanks for the explanation about "scuzz bands". Now I'm listening to Dio and Winger, I have to know more about the new WS guitarists ... I don't hate my rock radion completely, they play classic rock too, we can select songs for a program that lasts one hour (I need time to prepare a program with WS songs !) , they have programs that play only punk, or only heavy metal...not too bad. But I think this radio could be better. See you!

Lol, we are obsessed ... I have the Radio Beat on, and guess what they are playing right now "Slide it Inn" ;D ... it is really interesting, lots of David on our radios for some reason ! The station you mention sounds a bit similar in that people can shape the playlist plus the programs are mono thematic. Right now it is Classic Rock
