Well this would perhaps better fit into the Images of Arda, but since the places are related to Led Zeppelin, I will just post it here. ;D 1) Raglan Castle is where bits of The Song Remains the Same film were shot .... (Robert Plant's part) This was the Gate Guardian Cat, lol .... I have quite a collection of cats photos taken during my Wales' rambles ... I think I will dedicate part of my home page to them, LOL. ;D

2) And here goes Bron yr Aur cottage where Led Zepp made tehir 3rd album .... I have discovered this place when on my cross- Snowdonia trek in 2001 which started in Machynlleth, southern Snowdonia .... the cottage is up the small hill just across the river .... This is the passage to the cottage ... I did not take any pictures from there because the family was just outside the house and had their evening "session" there ... so I did not want to disturb ... and then took the pictures when walking up the pastures above the cottage: Nice surroundings ....

Well, this is not directly related to Led Zeppelin ... it is just the neighbourhood ;D ... I was waiting for a day when it would not rain ... such day did not come, so I went up the Cadair Idris in heavy rain ... like nuts ;D ... This is from the main ridge, I was resting there, reading a book and having my banana for a sandwich ... when out of the mist and rain another lady showed up ... she must have thought I was nuts ... but let's face it ... we were the only two human beings up there in rain and mist ... so we both must have been nuts ;D On the way down ...
