Inspired by Mary's Coffee Room! ;D I looooove tea! Here are some of my favourites. Red Rose tea... (only in Canada, eh?)A blend of rich Indian and flavourful Ceylon leaves www.time-for-tea.com/The History of Tea:All you history buffs might be interested to know how tea came into being. It is a rather amusing and anecdotal tale, and one that is 5000 years old! According to legend, tea was discovered in 2737 b.c. by Chinese emperor Shen Nung quite accidentally when tea leaves blew into a boiling pot of water. The beverage gained popularity in 17th century Europe and shortly thereafter in American culture and customs. Today, tea figures prominently in history books. The Boston Tea Party, for example, was less a party than it was a catalyst to the Revolutionary War. The century just past witnessed real additions to the history of tea: the creation of iced tea in 1904 at the World's Fair in St. Louis; and the invention of tea in a bag in 1908. I especially love herbal teas... by Celestial Seasonings. Chamomile, Sleepy Time, Lemon Zinger...www.celestialseasonings.com/And since my trips to the UK, I have become a fan of Earl Grey tea, especially Twinings.

Where I work we have a HUGE assortment of tea. Mostly organic, of course. Herbal, black, rooibos...my favourite right now is Choice Organic Celtic Breakfast: a tea of malty strength. I also love Darjeeling and Earl Grey. I can set you up good, baby. hahaha
