I'm not sure this would qualify as "email of the day"... but I received an email from Epson... asking for my business. I don't think they have a very good chance. The email started off as " Dear Pin". Not good. |

My s**tty days continue ... in result most of my e-mails I SENT to people were kind of f**k off stuff. ;D The thing is that today all possible last drops were wasted, so to speak ... people kept sending me non-sensical requests, the last drop was when I received an email from partners organisation, or rather from their director ... requesting that I call her secretary to arrange for transportation of their visitor and let her know what hotel I would be accommodating their visitor in. To put you in the broader context, I am actually director of my organisation, btw.  And since there were couple of notes in her assistant' emails, I just started sending clear-cut f**k off emails. It has some context (we are preparing a seminar outside of Prague) for Czech partners, and we will have one foreign visitor who confirmed only last night ... now, I am in the position of expert and coordinator, but apart for chairing and moderating some sessions, I am supposed to interpret for the lady, or rather the Czech partners during all those 3 days (the "experts" cant speak English for some reason ! ), and one of the last drop was also when that above mentioned director called me saying : it is fantastic that the visitor is leaving on Sunday for then you will be able to continue chairing the session ... meaning, after 3 days of non-stop intepreting for someone. Guess what, another f**k off stuff followed, though this time over the phone. ;D ;D ;D I calmed down in the meantime, but I can tell you, they all suck ... I was unusually rude today I must say ... but I also think it is just about the time ! I think I will start drinking !!! ;D ;D ;D Yeah baby, give me 3 days of lying on the beach drinking RUM !!! ;D ;D |
