Is anyone into the newer breed of rockers, such as Sevendust, Type O Negative, Korn, etc.? Sevendust isn't too bad--I have 3 of their albums: The self-titled album, "Animosity", and "Seasons". Type O Negative, I have "Life Is Killing Me". Korn, I have "Follow The Leader". And for a group that's been around for awhile, ICED EARTH! Their "Glorious Burden" album is pretty cool--very American patriotic. So who do y'all like for the newer bands?

Nope ... I dont think I know those bands ... safe for ad hoc things on Radio Beat ... ¨<br> Btw. Follow the Leader .... wasnt it Killing Joke originally ? Or is it just a coincidental title ?

Good question, Mellon, about the Follow The Leader title. I'm sorry I don't know the answer to it. Here's a coupel of other groups to throw at you all--MUDVAYNE. A co-worker chick of mine (who is very sweet, conservative & mellow-looking, by the way) is totally into them, as well as RAMMSTEIN.

Yay, I know Rammstein ... I saw them live few years ago when they played as support before AC/ DC ;D ;D They were alright though ! These are the KJ lyrics for Follow the Leaders : Come inside boy - they call this fun! (Music to please the adolescent) Taking the easy way out again Part of the process - same old story Follow the leaders (look at the leaders)
You just condone all that you mean Play time doesn't last forever Shouting about it taking the bait Walking again in the same direction Follow the leaders (look at the leaders)
Time moves on and then you notice The ground starts to tremble beneath your feet Man killed man and blood was shed (yawn!) And the gasps of relief at human nature like Follow the leaders (look at the leaders)

MELLON, you got me on this one! Truth be told, I am still not totally into this new rock just yet. I am surprised that Evanescence is included in this list, as I don't think they rock all that hard--maybe just along the lines of Audioslave?? The only album I have of Type O Negative is "Life Is Killing Me". I am still mainly into "classic rock"--I am listening to Rush at the moment. I know these guys don't fit into the category here, but I got Brides of Destruction & Velvet Revolver recently--those bands have ex-Motley Crue, Guns N'Roses, Stone Temple Pilots guys in 'em!!
