Hiya all,
just to let you know : I start moving my long disabled mother to a nursery home and will be thus involved in settling her down in her new appartment, and then in putting mine in order.
This will i.a. mean I will not be getting online much these days, though I will show up occasionally and will do my best to check my mail more or less regularly.
Plus when I get to the stage of sorting out my mess at home, I will be updating you at "Where we live section" LOL ... I think I will turn the place into the den proper, LMAO.
So that you know !

Just to update you : my comp at home is resting in pieces somewhere in the kitchen ;D ;D ;D I shall be online regularly from say next Tuesday.
My place at home is simply one big disordered messy lair at the moment ! ;D

Dear All, sorry for being absent for an extended period ! The only reason being : I am going through s**tty times!!  ... and I mean it.  All possible things mixed up: - renovation of my appartment ... it is taking shape yet very slow !!! ... I am still living among boxes;
- health problems and exhaustion;
- tooth problems (sudden thing that forced me to start "reconstruction" of one of - fortunately - few "filled teeth" ... this unexpected "event" is btw. coming to the price of new flooring ... how sick ! ;D );
- And most importantly : problems with my mother. In fact the social care dept. is considering moving her to elderly persons facility with psychiatric oversight (!) due to her apparent inability to coexist with normal people ... simply she is behaving as she used to when living with me : yelling day or night, using vulgar words whenever she feels like it ... The neighbours obviously started to complain ...
On Sunday I was woken up at 3 AM by her telephone call: she fell on the floor and demanded I disagreeistance ... mind you she has some 130 kg ... there is no overnight service at that facility .. so I had to go there, get in, call ambulance: she was taken to hospital for X-Ray and I had to wait for her to come back ... in the meantime it turned out that she did it on purpose to attract attention and push through her demands ....
Quite honestly, yesterday my nerves were just "on the run" .. I had fairly high fever for a couple of days and this sick, rude "joke" of hers was just the last drop.
Today I am back at work and trying to pull myself together.
Anyway, one of the attempts to start normal life (regardless of the still ruinous state of my habitat) is that I got ticket for David Bowie's concert "live by satellite" on September 8 : it was a sheer coincidence that I read about this event in todays newspaper: in the Czech Rep. only one cinema seems to broadcast it - Palace cinema / Slovansky dum).
