Lately, I've been constantly watching "The Corrs Live at the Royal Albert Hall", those lassies make me proud to be Irish! And damn glad to be a man! Also the new Led Zeppeling DVD is awesome! I envy you fortunate souls with "Starkers"!

Not really a DVD, but I have VH1 Classic and was watching [shadow=red,left,300]"Metal Mania"[/shadow] the other day and happened to see Whitesnake's Love Ain't No Stranger and taped it! LOL Also got some Winger (Reb woowoo) and a while back taped Lion's Power Love. Gotta Love the long pale blonde hair on Doug from the "early" years.

I have "Starkers In Tokyo", obviously! I especially love this "unplugged" version of Is This Love. I bought the Led Zep. DVD set when it came out--hoo boy, is it a long one, but hang with it, it is well worth the time. I recently got around to getting Dio's "Evil or Divine" for the sole purpose of seeing Doug Aldrich! The whole concert really floored me, especially Doug, who really wails on his guitar and is such a beautiful vision to behold! My husband loved the concert footage, too. I just bought "Rush In Rio" last night and will watch it this weekend. Rush is definitely one of my very favorite bands, and this concert DVD shows the complete concert from the one I saw here in the States last year. Play it loud, play it proud!!! ;D ;D

Oh well, I have the DVD player, I have the VHS player, yet I have NOT the TV set, LMAO ... anyway, since I have just ordered Rolling Stones - Four Licks DVD set .... I have set my mind to buying the TV thing just after I come back from my trip next week .... ;D ;D ;D
My "still-under-construction" flat is still kinda in mess, but well, for the time being the TV can rest straight on the floor, lol ... I just need to see the Stones as soon as possible !!! ;D

Change / UpdateI bought the TV set last week ;D ;D ;D .... Upon set up it turned out that DVD player works fine while the VHS player does not (perhaps havent survived all the renovations at home ) ... But at this very moment the DVD player is more important. So I started my home "cinema" with (Sorry for the obsession, but I was TV-less for over 4 months, and as much as I cant stand regular TV programmes, I did miss the possibility of playing music things and proper films. ;D ) - Apocalyptica Live
- Keith Richards and Expensive Winos ... Live at Hollywood Palladium
- Pirates of the Caribbean ... speacial features like deleted scenes, interviews etc.
- LOTR / FOTR extended version (I loved it !)
- LOTR / TTT extended version (ditto)
Stones will perhaps have to wait for Christmas ... I will not have much time by then and in fact I am still in my office at this late hour and took advantage of the Internet connect. finally working !!!! We had our server hacked anmd for 5 days the whole thing had to go through thorough reinstallation ... hence my absenmce here. Plus at home I have problems with my modem ... Boy that sucks ! ;D
