Metallica : Cunning Stunts .... it is not bad, though the sound is poor (for instance compared to Motorhead DVD Boneshaker ... which is a real boneshaker ! Excellent sound and excellent music.) Anyway, I primarily got this DVD to hear So What (ANL) live played by Metallica .... poor !!! I mean, they apparently do not have the balls the ANL possess ! ;D Oh well, I have mixed feelings when it comes to Tallica ... they feel more like "pretenders" ... they can play, but they do not have the REAL drive. [/img][/center] This DVD is from 1997 ... about the same year I was in London and intentionally missed Reading Rock Fest where Metallica were headliners that year. Instead I went to F**k Reading, punk and hard core all-dayer, and this dvd again confirms my then decision was wise. ;D ;D ;D

 Just arrived from the amazon !!! Excellet ... they all look so ancient LMAO .... and there are several guests including Lemmy .... I am in the middle of the movie so for the time being there was just brief shot of Lemmy going  Recommended to all who are into very early "roots of punk" .... or who are as ancient as MC5. ;D PS Lemmy is on stage at this very moment doing "Sister Ann" .... |
