Hmmmm---I have a situation that is a "burr in my saddle". This is not related to any board member here, but instead, it concerns a couple of players on my favorite NFL teams (you fans who follow NFL ball will probably know who I'm talking about).

There are a couple of players who have made the sports pages recently who have either openly criticized their teammates, griped about, or had physical or verbal outbursts with fellow players or coaches during or after game losses, never taking any of the blame or responsibility upon themselves when it was deserved. As you can tell, this really hurts the team & its morale, not to mention making the player who is making such accusations a total a**. Learn some diplomacy & tact, will you, guys?

I feel someone who does this with such alarming frequency should definitely get fined for each outburst! Or the team should get rid of the naysayer.

Needless to say, no one likes a negative motor-mouth who does a lot of "finger pointing".

Another gripe on pro sports, that can lead to involvement of the law:

Steriod usage, free agency & trades, not necessarily in that order!

Are these problems rampant in soccer, rugby & cricket too? I would like to know.
